Whether you will be reading the classic story of The Gingerbread Man or How to Catch a Gingerbread Man These Gingerbread Man Math counting cards are a great and fun way to incorporate the story into math time. They can be used as a memory game, number recognition, or to create partners. One of my favorite ways to use them is as a search-and-find game in which you hide the gingerbread men around the room and have the students count the candies on their cards and find the match.
